Job description:

• Building and improving optimization guidelines and frameworks over time.
• Training team in optimization ability daily to fully manage the whole project.
• Keeping track of the clients’ performance and actively providing recommendations for the team and clients.
• Conducting monthly training sessions about optimization methods, and digital marketing trends for the whole team and the clients (if requested).
• Building and improving automation performance dashboards for clients.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of work experience in SEM, display ads, remarketing, analytics, and performance marketing.
• Experience setting up Facebook pixels
• Extensive knowledge of Google Keyword Planner and other keyword research tools
• Highly self-motivated and proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ecommerce experience preferred
• Ability and desire to work with big data & numbers. Strong Excel skills (SQL, Python, Power Pivot will be a big plus)
• Strong experience in using Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Outstanding project management experience
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
• AdWords certification required
• Fluent English in writing and communication
